FAQ

  • Unfortunately we do not have a designated parking lot. There are several lots surrounding the salon and street parking is also an option! Depending on time of day and day of the week parking pricing and availability fluctuates. We encourage clients to also utilize public transit when possible!

  • Short answer: sometimes! We do take walk-in appointments when the schedule allows. Your best bet will always be to give the salon a call or browse our availability online. Through Phorest you can make an appointment up until an hour before the appointment start time.

  • The best way to increase the longevity of your vivid hair color is using gentle color-safe shampoos and washing with cold water. Stretching your washes out with dry shampoo and creative styling also helps! We also offer custom conditioners made just for you and your hair color to help refresh colors in between appointments.

  • Yes! Several of our stylists offer Keratin Tip extensions. A consultation is required to book. Reach out to us for more information!

  • No, at this time we do not offer perm treatments.

  • Any modifications to your appointment must be made 48 hrs in advance. This includes, cancellations, rescheduling, and modifying your service. Head to our policy page for a more in depth look at all of our policies.

  • Yes!! We require a card on file to reserve all appointments. You will not be charged until your appointment and when you check out you are more than welcome to pay in cash or use a different card. This is a standard practice used to ensure that we are able to enforce our cancellation policy.
